The beautiful handcrafted jewelry of small things jewelry would be perfect for that special someone this holiday season. I especially love the art deco poppy necklace.

Aprons from Carolyn's Kitchen
There is something so wonderful, and distinctly girly about these aprons from Carolyn's Kitchen. I would love to have one of these sweetheart aprons to bake pies and casseroles in. There is some definite underlying naughtiness here, and I simply love it.

Christmas-- consumerism at its finest!
Long time no post. I've been busy with getting my MA, looking for a job, and then subsequently getting a job! But the consumerism that is in the air due to the holiday season hasn't escaped me. Urbanoutfitters.com seems to have quite a few cute gift ideas this year, and quite a few this girl wouldn't mind receiving.....

Naughty Secretary Club
I seem to have this endless need to buy necklaces. I have some quite lovely pieces in my collection but I still feel like there is always room for more. Above are some I've been admiring from the Naughty Secretary Club website.
10% off sale @ PreciousPups on Etsy
I love sales, especially sales for well designed goods that I really like. Above are a smattering of things I would love to have from PreciousPups' Etsy shop.

Fred Flare
Peanuts all over tee
Fred Flare has incredibly wonderful, well-designed items year round, but I seem to ache for things from them a bit more around the holidays. A sampling of the many wonderful things they sell, above and below.

Pare Umbrellas
The rainy season should be arriving soon, right? Sure, it's still 80 degrees here in Southern California, but I keep hoping rain and colder weather will reach us soon. Now that I walk to campus, I feel it's important that I get a quality umbrella this year, and these umbrellas from Pare are the best of the web.

Cut + Paste
Cut + Paste is one of those sites on the internet that you can always depend on to have amazing and inspiring goods. The really beautiful items usually sell out within a week of first being posted. There is plenty here I'd like to give to others as gifts. Ugh, if only I could afford more.
Perfect for our future Art Deco themed viewing room.I would love to finally have a nicely designed mousepad, instead of the free one I use now.
Almost the entire story and bright catalog of products is already sold out, and oh so beautiful.
And well designed paper products abound...

Day-Lab
For some reason I can't quite explain, I am drawn to unique necklaces and brooches likea magnet pulling me into its force field. Despite the fact that I have a number really beautiful pieces of jewelry, I can't seem to satiate that desire for more. Day-lab is one site that has highly coveted jewelry, and many other things for that matter.
